Armen Hovanessian Transportation Consulting, AHTC Inc., is a privately-owned professional Transportation Engineering and Planning firm based in Los Angeles, California.
Our engineers and planners have a wealth of valuable and extensive knowledge of the regulatory requirements by governmental agencies at the city, county, and state levels. We strategically analyze project-related issues and develop solutions that are practical and effective in obtaining project approval.
We specifically focus on providing cost-effective service by specifically selecting the right mix of experts for each project. Every project is assigned to a Principal-in-Charge, a Project Manager, and technical and administrative support as needed. Working as a project team model we are able to provide responsive, comprehensive, professional service tailored specifically to the demands of each project.
We fully support our client’s objectives from start to finish. We identify opportunities for our clients to improve their projects by recommending safe, efficient, and attractive connections to all modes of transportation, reducing the need for parking, and identifying programs that encourage people to walk, bike, and use public transportation.
